If the head size does not fit in with these perameters then the passport authorities will send your picture back to you.

The following rules also apply for all ages

The mouth should be closed - Smiles are not allowed  - Fringes should be swept aside  - Ears should be seen if possible - Glasses should show any reflection & better not worn at all  - eye level must be horizontal
